Resolution Amending Town Board Schedule of Meetings
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 25th, 2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor
Councilmembers
Joseph Ruggiero
William H. Beale
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
Vincent F. Bettina
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Paoloni.
WHEREAS, the Town Board has heretofore established a Schedule of Town Board
Meetings for Calendar Year 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board scheduled meetings for the second and fourth Monday of
every month, and
WHEREAS, the Supervisor has requested that the Schedule of Town Board Meetings for the
months of July and August be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board Meetings scheduled for July 23th, 2007 at 7:30 p.m., and August
13th, 2007, are hereby cancelled.
3. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to publish the new dates of the Board meetings.
4. The regularly scheduled Town Board Meetings heretofore established by the Town
Board shall be resumed commencing with the August 27th, 2007 Town Board Meeting.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
