2007-135e COPY 2007-135 Resolution Authorizing Refund of Unused Escrow for 63 Ketchamtown Road for Seeding At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on July 91h, 2007. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor Councilmembers ABSENT: Joseph Ruggiero William H. Beale Maureen McCarthy Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilwoman McCarthy. WHEREAS, on or about December 20th, 2006, Helen Piteo deposited One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,500.00) with the Town of Wappinger for the property located at 63 Ketchamtown Road for seeding, and WHEREAS, Helen Piteo has requested a refund in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,500.00), and has been approved by George Kolb, Director of Code Enforcement, in letter dated June 26th, 2007, to the Town of Wappinger Town Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Payment is approved in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,500.00) made payable to Helen Piteo, Account Number 2006-0379, for the refund of the unused escrow deposited for the property located at 63 Ketchamtown Road.
