Resolution from Executive Session Regarding Personnel Issue
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on July 91h,
2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor

ABSENT:

William H. Beale
Maureen McCarthy
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger that
effective July 9th, 2007, "Employee 060107" is suspended without pay for a period of thirty (30)
work days, pending the hearing and determination of disciplinary charges preferred against the
employee on or about July 2"d, 2007. If "Employee 060107" is acquitted of the charges, the
employee will be restored to full pay for the period of suspension without pay, less the amount of
any unemployment benefits the employee may have received during such period.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
