2007-1572007-157 Resolution Authorizing Return of Escrow for 1281-1289 Route 9 for Retaining Wall At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on August 27', 2007. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor Councilmembers ABSENT: Joseph Ruggiero William H. Beale Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni (arrived at 7:38 PM) Maureen McCarthy The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilwoman McCarthy. WHEREAS, on or about March 23rd, 2007, KBL Corporation deposited Forty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($40,000.00) with the Town of Wappinger for the property located at 1281- 1289 Route 9 for a retaining wall, and WHEREAS, KBL Corporation has requested a refund in the amount of Forty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($40,000.00), and has been approved by George Kolb, Code Enforcement Director, in a letter dated August 18th, 2007. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Payment is approved in the amount of Forty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($40,000.00) made payable to KBL Corporation for the refund of the unused escrow deposited for the property located at 1281-1289 Route 9.
