WHEREAS, on or about February 5th, 2007, Kristine E. Horend deposited Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($4,950.00) with the Town of Wappinger for the property located at 170 Osborne Hill Road for stabilization and driveway, and WHEREAS, Kristine E. Horend has requested a refund in the amount of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($4,950.00) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Payment is retroactively approved in the amount of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($4,950.00) made payable to Kristine E.
