Resolution Appointing Planning Board Member
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on December
17th, 2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor
Councilmembers
ABSENT:
Joseph Ruggiero
William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Ruggiero and seconded by
Councilman Paoloni.
WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred on the Planning Board due to the resignation of
Ron Roberts, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger wishes to appoint Aaron Finch
to fill the position with a term expiring January 1St, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger hereby appoints Aaron Finch to be a member of the Town of Wappinger Planning
Board with a term to expire January 1 st, 2010.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
