Resolution Authorizing the Supervisor to Sign a Contract with CAMO Pollution Control
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on December
I 01h 2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmembers - William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Paoloni and seconded by
Councilwoman McCarthy.
WHEREAS, CAMO Pollution Control is a corporation with special expertise in the area
of management, supervision, operation and maintenance of Water and Wastewater treatment
LW facilities and systems, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger has determined it is in the best interest of the Town
and its residents to obtain professional services to manage, supervise, operate and maintain its
existing water and wastewater treatment facilities, distribution and collection systems, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger hereby authorizes Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero to sign a contract with CAMO
Pollution Control to perform professional services.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
