Resolution Authorizing Completion of Change Order for New Hackensack Water Main
Extension
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
September 24th, 2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, Town Engineer Joseph E. Paggi has approved a Change Order for the New
Hackensack Water Main Extension as per a letter dated September 17th, 2007, a copy of which is
attached hereto.
�4w NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby approves a change order dated September 17th, 2007, for
the New Hackensack Water Main Extension between the Town and Thomas
Gleason Inc. in the amount of Six Thousand, One Hundred Sixty -Eight Dollars
and 75/100 ($6,168.75) for the reasons set forth in the letter dated September 17th,
2007, from Joseph E. Paggi Engineering to the Town Board.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
