RESOLUTION APPOINTING PERSONNEL TO
VARIOUS TOWN OFFICES AND POSITIONS
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,.New
York, on the day of January, 2006, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Ms. McCarthy and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero has appointed Joseph Paoloni to be
Deputy Supervisor.
RESOLVED, that the following persons be and they hereby are appointed to the
following offices and positions of employment with the Town of Wappinger to serve in
such capacity at the pleasure of the Town Board for the year 2006.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salaries otherwise fixed for the above
designated offices and positions shall be paid to the holders of such offices and positions,
every Friday throughout the year with 52 pay periods during such year, with the first
payday to be January 6, 2006, with the exception that no compensation shall be paid to
the holder of the office of Deputy Town Superintendent of Highways, and, the Town
Historian is to be paid on an annual basis.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

Effective January 1, 2006, I hereby appoint Sandra Kosakowski as Deputy
Registrar. I also appoint Sandra Kosakowski, Florence Hannon, and Dorothy Groark to
the position of Deputy Town Clerk. The positions of Deputy Registrar and Deputy Town
Clerk will have terms that expire on December 31St, 2007.
