RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE TO
THE ASSOCIATION OF TOWNS ANNUAL MEETING
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the § tllay of January, 2006, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by ms. McCarthy and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has authorized the
Town Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board, and Comptroller to attend the 2006
Training School and Annual Meeting Association of Towns to be held on February 12-15
2006 at the New York Hilton in New York City.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Vincent Bettina is hereby designated as
the representative, and Joseph Paoloni is hereby designated as the alternate representative
to the Association of Towns Annual meeting.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
