2006-039y RESOLUTION NO. 2006-039 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CORRECTIONS TO RESOLUTION 2006-017 ESTABLISHING WAGES FOR CERTAIN CIVIL SERVICE POSITIONS IN THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 17th day of January, 2006, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Councilmember- ABSENT: Joseph Ruggiero Joseph P. Paoloni Maureen McCarthy Vincent Bettina The following Resolution was introduced by McCarthy Paoloni and seconded by WHEREAS, the Town Board adopted resolution 2006-017 at the reorganization meeting on January 9, 2006, and WHEREAS, the wages established in said resolution were incorrect for Debra Brown, Trish Maupin, and Yvonne Lawrence, and WHEREAS, Inez Maldonado, was omitted from Resolution 2006-017 in error. BE IT RESOLVED, that the following corrected wages are hereby established: Employee Salary in Resolution 2006-017 Corrected Salary Debra Brown $37,037 $37,822 Trish Maupin Yvonne Lawrence Grade F, Step 7 Grade B, Step 8 Grade F, Step 8 Grade B, Step 9 Inez Maldonado Omitted Grade A, Step 5 Nancy Cito Grade E, Step 1 Grade D, Step 1 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salaries established for Debra Brown, Trish Maupin and Yvonne Lawrence take effect retroactively to January 1, 2006, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salary for Inez Maldonado will take effect on the anniversary date of October 17, 2006, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salary for Nancy Cito be Grade D, Step 2 on the Anniversary date of May 3, 2006.
