Resolution Establishing Fees for Town of Wappinger Summer Day Program
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess

County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 27th day ofFebruary , 2006, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Ms. McCarthy and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, the Recreation Department wants to establish the fee of One
Hundred and 00/100 ($100.00) per child to attend the Town of Wappinger 2006 Summer
Camp program, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, The Town Board has authorized
the Town of Wappinger Recreation Department to charge a fee of One Hundred dollars
and 00/100 ($100.00) per child to attend 2006 Town of Wappinger Summer Camp
Program.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
