Resolution Authorizing Purchase Order for a Porta John
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 3/13/2006.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and
seconded by Councilman Paoloni.
WHEREAS, the Recreation Committee has requested a purchase order for
rental of Porta Johns, and
WHEREAS, the Recreation Commission received bids as follows:

WHEREAS, the Recreation Committee has requested a purchase order in
the amount of Six -Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Seven and 00/100
($6,837.00) to Superior Sanitation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this resolution as if full
set forth and adopted herein.
2. A purchase order is hereby authorized in the amount of Six -Thousand Eight
Hundred Thirty Seven dollars and 00/100 ($6,837.00) payable to Superior
Sanitation from Accounts A-7110.404, and B-7310.409 in accordance
with a memo dated February 13, 2006 from Ralph Holt, Chairman to the
Recreation Commission.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

The recreation committee requests permission to accept the bids from
Superior Sanitation for the rental of portajohns for the 2006 season. The following are
the bids received. The funds for the rentals will come from recreation accounts
A-7110.404 ($5,438.00) and B-7310.409 ($1,399.00).
