Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 2 for Wappinger Water Improvement
99-2R-8: Hill Top Well Field Improvements
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 3/13/2006.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor

Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
Vincent F. Bettina
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Paoloni and seconded
by Councilman Valdati.
WHEREAS, Joseph Stankavage, of Paggi, Martin & Del Bene has approved
Change Order No. 2 for Proposed Wappinger Water Improvement 99-2(R)-8 for Hilltop
Well Field Improvements for installation of additional fence at well field as per a letter
dated February 8, 2006, a copy of which is attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
The recitations above set forth ate incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. The. Town Board hereby approves completion change order No. 2 to
Wappinger Water Improvement 99-2(R)-8, for proposed Wappinger
Water Improvement of Hilltop Well Field for the Installation of
additional fence in the amount of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty
Six and 43/100 ($2,936.43) for the reasons set forth in the letter
dated February 8, 2006 from Joseph Stankavage of Paggi, Martin &
DelBene to the Town Board
