Resolution of Support for Dutchess County Soil and Water Conservation District
Grant
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 3/13/2006.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

Vincent F. Bettina
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Valdati and seconded
by Councilman Paoloni.
WHEREAS, The Dutchess County Soil and Water Conservation District is
requesting of support from the Town of Wappinger Town Board for applying to the
Round 8 of Environmental Protection fund grant from the New York State Department of
Environmental Conservation, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Town of Wappinger Town
Board supports the Dutchess County Soil and Water Conservation District in its pursuit
of the Round 8 of the Environmental Protection Fund Grant from the New York State
Department -of Environmental Protection.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
