Resolution Appointing Assessment Review Board Member
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the
3/27/2006.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmembers - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by
Councilman Valdati.
WHEREAS, Paul Pilon member of the Assessment Review Board has resigned on January 31,
2006, with a term to expire in September 2007, which created a vacancy on the Assessment
Review Board, and
WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board has found Mr. Joseph Perillo to be the individual
capable of filing the vacancy for the Assessment Review Board
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Joseph Perillo is hereby appointed to the
Town of Wappinger Assessment Review Board.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
