Resolution Authorizing Bids Submitted to the Town of Wappinger Highway
Superintendent by the Public to Purchase Surplus Town Highway Equipment
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the
3/27/2006.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by
Councilman Paoloni.
WHEREAS, Graham Foster, Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent, has received the
following bids from a Mr. Keith Simonetty of 159 Widmer Road Wappingers Falls, New York to
purchase surplus Town Highway equipment, and

WHEREAS, Mr. Keith Simonetty is the sole bidder for the Town of Wappinger Surplus
Highway equipment, and ,
WHEREAS, Graham Foster, Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent, is requesting the
Town Board to award the bids to Mr. Keith Simonetty to purchase surplus Town of Wappinger
Highway Equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, The Town of Wappinger Town Board has
awarded the bids to Mr. Keith Simonetty to purchase surplus Town of Wappinger Highway
equipment and he will make his payment to the Town Clerk.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
