Resolution Naming the Road and Common Driveway in Tuscany Subdivision
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 8,
2006.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Valdati.
WHEREAS, David Stenger, of Creekview Homes, has requested in
his letter dated May 2,
2006 a copy of which is attached hereto, to formally name the main road "Tuscany Drive" and to
name a common driveway " Villa Lane" in Tuscany Subdivision, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board authorizes formally naming the
main road "Tuscany Drive" and the common driveway "Villa Lane" in Tuscany Subdivision.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
