Resolution Appointing Town Comptroller
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Falls, New Yorke s CounMay 8th,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers
2006.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmembers - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Ruggiero and seconded by
Councilwoman McCarthy.
WHEREAS, the position of Town Comptroller became vacant effective January 1, 2006,
and
WHEREAS, Jean Gallucci has beeninterviewed ctions of Town Comptroller for the Town of
Board
and has been found capable of performing
Wappinger, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Jean Gallucci is hereby appointed
Town of Wappinger Comptroller, and
D, that Jean Gallucci shall receive a salary established at
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE
$65,000 per year.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
