Resolution Authorizing Supervisor to Sign Separation Agreement and General Release for
Mr. Robert Cornell
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 8th,
2006.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Paoloni.
WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Cornell was employed as a Laborer with the Town of
Wappinger Highway Department; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger authorizes the Town Supervisor to enter into a Separation Agreement and General
Release providing for Mr. Cornell's resignation from the Town of Wappinger Highway
Department effective December 30, 2005, in accordance with the material terms and conditions
of the Agreement and Release on file in the Town Clerk's office.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
