Resolution Designating an Insurance Agent for the Town of Wappinger
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 6,
2014.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Czarniecki and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Marshall & Sterling, with offices at 110 Main Street, Poughkeepsie,
New York, a general insurance agency, licensed to do business in the State of New York, be, and is
hereby designated as the Insurance Agent for the Town of Wappinger for calendar year 2014, and for the
further purposes of providing such insurance consulting services as may be needed by the Town Board,
from time to time hereafter, during calendar year 2014.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
