2006-2212006-221 Resolution Authorizing Director of Code Enforcement to Attend a Training Seminar At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October 10", 2006. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero Councilmembers - Robert L. Valdati Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni ABSENT: Maureen McCarthy The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Paoloni and seconded by Councilman Valdati. WHEREAS, George Kolb, Town of Wappinger Director of Code Enforcement, has requested that he be authorized to attend the Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation Program on October 31, 2006, at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that George Kolb, Town of Wappinger Director of Code Enforcement, is hereby authorized to attend the Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation Program on October 31, 2006, at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel at cost not to exceed Twenty-five dollars and 00/100 ($25.00).
