At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutahess County, New
York, held at the Town Hall, in Wappingers Falls, New York, in said Town, on January 24, 2005, al
7 3 0 o'clock P .M., Prevailing Time.
The meeting was called to order by -Supervisor Ruggi am , and
upon roll being called, the following were
PRESENT: Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor
Robert Valdati, Councilman
Maureen McCarthy, Councilwoman
Joseph Paoloni, Councilman
ABSENT: Vincent Bettina
The following resolution was offend by Coungilman Paoloni , who moved
its adoption, seconded by Councilmo Councilwoman McCarthy , to_wit:

TAX ANTICIPATION NOTE RESOLUTION DATED JANUARY 24, 2005.
A RESOLUTION DELEGATING TO THE SUPERVISOR OF THE TOWN OF
WAPPINGER, DUTCHESS .COUNTY, NEW YORK, THE POWER TO SELL
NOT EXCEEDING AN AGGREGATE $300,000 TAX ANTICIPATION NOTES
OF SAID TOWN IN ANTICIPATION OF THE COLLECTION OF
UNCOLLECTED REAL PROPERTY TAXES LEVIED FOR THE CURRENT
FISCAL YEAR.,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, D.utchess County, New
York, as fellows:
Section 1. Subject to the provisions of the Local Finance Law, the power to
authorize the issuance of and to sell nat exceeding an- aggregate $300,000 tax anticipation notes of
the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, including renewals thereof, in anticipation of
the collection of unpaid real property taxes levied for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2005, is
hereby delegated to the Supervisor of said Town, the chief fiscal officer thereof.
Section 2. The tax anticipation notes herein authorized or any portion thereof,
shall be of such terms, form and contents, and shall be sold in such manner as may be prescribed by
said Supervisor, consistent with the provisions of the Local Finance Law.
Section 3. This resolution shall tale effect immediately.

The question of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly put to a vote on roll call,
which resulted as follows:
