RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE OFFICIAL TOWN ROAD MAP
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 28t"
day of March, 2005, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Council Members - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by M . Be i na and seconded by
Ms. McCarthy
WHEREAS, the Engineers to the Town of Wappinger, Paggi, Martin & Del Bene, LLP
submitted an official Town Road Map dated May 2004, last revised February 28, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby adopts the map entitled "Town Road Map, Town of
Wappinger" dated May 2004, last revised February 28, 2005 as prepared by the Engineers to the
Town of Wappinger, Paggi, Martin & Del Bene, LLP as the official Road Map of the Town of
Wappinger.

Enclosed please find one copy of the Town Road Map, which has been updated as
of March 5", 2005 to reflect the Town Highway Superintendent's comments.
We would recommend that the Town Board formally adopt the map as the official
Town Road Map at the next available Town Board meeting.
