RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENTAL RATES FOR HIGHWAY EQUIPMENT
At a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 2nd day of May, 2005, at 7:00 PN -
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded
by Councilwoman McCarthy
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent, Graham Foster,
has solicited bids for rental equipment for the Highway Department; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and reviewed by Town of Wappinger Highway
Superintendent, Graham Foster; and
WHEREAS, Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent, Graham Foster, has
provided an award recommendations to the Town Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the rental rates for paving
equipment, trucks, rollers, graders, loaders, road wideners, and laborers to the Highway
Department is hereby awarded to Bridge View Excavation, Inc:
45.00 per hour
