RESOLUTION APPOINTING TOWN CLERK
At a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 6th
day of June, 2005, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor -
Councilmember -
Joseph Ruggiero
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT: Robert Valdati
Vincent Bettina
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded by
Ms. McCarthy
WHEREAS, there was a vacancy in the position of Town of Wappinger Town Clerk with the
retirement of Gloria Morse, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to fill the vacancy of Town Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has determined that John Christian Masterson is qualified to fill
the position.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that John Christian Masterson is hereby appointed Town
Clerk of the Town of Wappinger.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

ROBERT L. VALDATI, Councilmember Voting Absent
VINCENT F. BETTINA, Councilmember Voting Absent
