RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REGISTRAR OF VITAL STATISTICS FOR
THE TOWN OF WAPPIENGER
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 6`h day of June, 2005, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Ms . Mccakthy
Mr. Paoloni
and seconded by
WHEREAS, there was a vacancy in the position of Town of Wappinger Registrar
of Vital Statistics with the retirement of Gloria Morse.
BE IT RESOLVED, that John Christian Masterson is hereby appointed to serve
as Registrar of Vital Statistics to the town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York,
for a term commencing June 7, 2005 and ending December 31 ", 2005, pursuant to
Section 4123, Public Health Law, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Registrar of Vital Statistics to the
Town of Wappinger shall receive no salary or compensation, however, she shall be
entitled to receive for the performance of the duties of this respective office the fees fixed
by applicable statute.
