RESOLUTION ADOPTING OFFICIAL SPELLING
OF STEINHAUS LANE
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 12`h
day of September, 2005, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bettina
Ms. McCarthy
and seconded by
WHEREAS, Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent, Graham Foster, has received
inquiries as to the proper spelling of Steinhaus Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby declares that
the official spelling of Steinhaus Lane shall be as follows: STEINHAUS LANE; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Graham Foster, Highway Superintendent to the
Town of Wappinger, is hereby directed to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that all
references to Steinhaus Lane comply with the official spelling of Steinhaus Lane.
