RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT TO GO
OUT TO BID FOR HIGHWAY EQUIPMENT
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 24TH day of October, 2005 at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Ms. McCarthy and seconded
by Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, Graham Foster, Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent, has
requested in his letter dated October 4, 2005 a copy of which is attached hereto, to go out
to bid for two sanders for Highway trucks number four and number fourteen and a flusher
truck, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Highway Superintendent Graham Foster
has been authorized to go out to bid for two sanders: and a flusher truck.
The foregoing was put to a vote, which resulted as follows:
