RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPERVISOR TO SIGN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF FORCE SEWER LINE
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 28th
day of October, 2005, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced byMs. McCarthy and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni

Boulevard in the Town of Wappinger, and
WHEREAS, Richard M. Rose and Elaine M. Rose wish to connect to the Town owned
central sewer services located on Cedar Hill Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
and adopted herein.
2. Town of Wappinger Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero is hereby authorized to sign the
Licenses Agreement for Installation of Force Sewer Line on behalf of the Town of Wappinger.
