Resolution Authorizing Transfer Of Funds
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on Apri121,
2014.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor
Councilmembers
ABSENT:
Barbara Gutzler
William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Ismay Czarniecki
Michael Kuzmicz
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, Michael Poplees was recently hired by the Town Board as a seasonal
employee for the Recreation Department; and
WHEREAS, Michael Poplees has agreed to assume additional duties and the Town
Board agreed to increase his salary by $1,000.00 during his period of seasonal employment; and
WHEREAS, to provide funds to pay the additional $1,000.00 to Michael Poplees, a
budget line transfer is required as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby agrees to increase the salary of Michael Poplees by the
sum of $1,000.00 to be paid on a weekly basis as determined by the Town
Accountant.
3. In order to fund the salary increase, the Town Board hereby authorizes the
fnllnwin~ hud~et line transfer:

A7110.100 Supervisor A7110.109 Seasonal $1,000.00
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
