RESOLUTION NO. 2005-179
RESOLUTION AMENDING TOWN BOARD SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 12`h day of December, 2005, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor -

Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni
by Ms. McCarthy
and seconded
WHEREAS, the Town Board has heretofore established a Schedule of Town
Board Meetings for Calendar Year 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board scheduled meetings for the second and fourth
Monday of every month, and
WHEREAS, due to holiday schedules and other commitments, several of the
Town Board Members have requested that the Schedule of Town Board Meetings for the
months of December and January be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
I . The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board Meetings scheduled for December 27, 2005 is hereby
cancelled.
3. A new Town Board Meetings is hereby scheduled for December 19, 2005
at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
4. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to publish the new dates of the Board
meetings.
5. The regularly scheduled Town Board Meetings heretofore established by
the Town Board shall be resumed commencing with the January 1, 2006 Town Board
Meeting.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
