RESOLUTION NO. 2004-128
RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE BID FOR
PRINTING OF RECREATION GUIDE
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 8TH day of March, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bettina and seconded by
Ms. McCarthy
WHEREAS,, the Town Board wishes to have a Recreation Guide printed for the
Town of Wappinger, and
WHEREAS, bids were received as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this resolution as if fully
set forth and adopted herein.

2. The bid is hereby awarded to Lithography by Design as recommended by.
Richard Wambach in his letter dated February 25, 2004 in an amount not
to exceed $3,935 for 3,000 copies, $4,097 for 4,000 copies, and $4,514 for
5,000 copies.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

proofreaders mockups for client/department approval. $1,050.00
Additions to 2"d and 3rd proofs @ $50.00/hour for 2.5 hours 150.00
Print project supervision and administration: (incl. Delivery of proofs and electronic file
to our print source, conference to discuss job, review printers proof with printer and
