RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECREATION TO ADVERTISE BIDS
FOR TICK SPRAYING
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 22°d
day of March, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Ms. McCarthy and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, Recreation Secretary Peggy Roe has requested permission to advertise for
bids for tick spraying for all Town parks, in accordance with her letter dated February 26, 2004
to the Town Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes Recreation Secretary Peggy Roe to advertise
for tick spraying for all Town parks, in accordance with her letter dated February 26, 2004 to the
Town Board

RE: REQUEST TO GO TO BID.
The Recreation Committee requests permission to go to bid for the annual
tick spraying of the Town's recreation areas. This will be done in three applications and
the funds are in recreation account A-7110.4.
