RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTING CONSULTANT SERVICE& FROM
FREDERICK P. CLARK ASSOCIATES, INC.
ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by
Councilman Colsey
WHEREAS, the Town Board is desirous of the use of zoning and planning consultant
services from Frederick P. Clark Associates, Inc. for such services on behalf of the Town Board
of the Town of Wappinger, the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger and the Zoning Board
of Appeals of the Town of Wappinger.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Frederick P. Clark Associates, Inc.
with offices at 350 Theodore Fremd Avenue, Rye, New York 10580 is hereby appointed as
Consultant to the Town of Wappinger and its various boards and departments for all land use,
environmental, zoning and planning purposes as the Town of Wappinger and its various boards
and departments may need for calendar year 2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Schedule of Fees to be paid to Frederick P.
Clark Associates, Inc. are set forth in letter dated January 4, 2002, a copy of which is annexed
hereto.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
