RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CAROL DEBELLIS
CONSULTANT TO TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Be't t ina and seconded by
Mr. Colsey
WHEREAS, the Town Board pursuant to Resolution No. — of 2002, previously
allocated Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) for the review, examination, organization,
reorganization and elimination of unnecessary documents in the Town Clerk's Office as well as
for the hiring of additional personnel as needed; and
WHEREAS, the Town Clerk has consulted with Carol DeBellis, former Town Clerk of
the Town of La Grange, who indicated that she would be willing to work as a consultant to the
Town Clerk in the organization and the reorganization of the Town records in the Town Clerk's
Office at an hourly rate of $14.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Carol DeBellis is hereby retained and
hired as a consultant to the Town Clerk at an hourly rate of $14 to assist the Town Clerk in the
organization and the reorganization of the Town records maintained in the Town Clerk's Office
and to otherwise assist the Town Clerk in developing and recommending to the Town Board a
comprehensive Records Management Plan.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
