RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PAYMENT FOR NEW SWING SEATS
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded by
Mr. Colsey
WHEREAS, the Recreation Committee desires to purchase new swing seats to repair
deteriorated seats at the various parks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that payment is approved in the amount of
Five Hundred and Fifty -Five Dollars ($555.00), made payable to B.S.N., from Recreation

Account No. B-7310.4 for the purchase of fifteen (-2-5) slash proof swing seats and five (5) 360
degree bucket seats to replace deteriorated swing seats at various Town parks, in accordance
with the letter dated February 7, 2002 from Peggy Roe, Recreation Department Secretary, to the
Town Board Members.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

RE: REQUEST FOR P.O.
The Recreation Committee requests permission to obtain a P.O. in the amount of
$555.00 payable to BSN for the purchase of 15 slash proof swing seats and 5 -360 degree bucket
seats. This includes the shipping and handling for the purchase. The seats will be used to replace
deteriorated seats at the various parks. The funds for this purchase are in Recreation Account B -
7310A. All seats are molded rubber with steel inserts.
The following are quotes from various vendors for the swing seats which are
molded rubber with steel inserts:
