RESOLUTION NO. 160 2002
RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PROSECUTION OF
TOWN CODE VIOLATIONS
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr _ Col sey and seconded by
Mr. ValdatJJ
WHEREAS, the Town's administrative staff, specifically the Zoning Administrator,
Building Inspector, Fire Inspector, and Dog Control Officer. have required legal assistance in the
prosecution of violations of the various provisions of the Town Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Albert P. Roberts, Attorney to the
Town of Wappinger, and his partner, Thomas R. Davis, are authorized to prosecute violations Of
the Town Code in any Court having jurisdiction of the Town Code, including Town of
Wappinger Justice Court, New York State Supreme Court, or any other Court assigned by a
Justice of the Supreme Court.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
