RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF
2001 TAX CERTIORARI LEGAL FEES
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Val d a t i and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger has been invoiced by Emanuel F. Saris of Gellert
& Quaratararo, P.C. doing business at 3010 Westchester Avenue, Suite 302, Purchase, New
York 10577, for the outstanding balance of Seven Hundred and Forty Dollars ($740) for legal
services rendered in 2001 relating to tax certiorari matters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. Payment is approved in the amount of Seven Hundred and Forty Dollars ($740)
made payable to Gellert & Quaratararo, P.C. doing business at 3010 Westchester
Avenue, Suite 302, Purchase, New York 10577, from Account No. 1420.410, for
legal services rendered in 2001 relating to tax certiorari matters, in accordance
with the letter dated May 28, 2002 from Emanuel F. Saris of Gellert &
Quaratararo, P.C. to Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
