RESOLUTION NO. 2002-198
RESOLUTION AMENDING TOWN BOARD SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bettina and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, the Town Board has heretofore established a Schedule of Town Board
Meetings for Calendar Year 2002; and
WHEREAS, due to summer vacation schedules and other commitments, several of the
Town Board Members have requested that the Schedule of Town Board Meetings for the months
of July and August be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board Meetings scheduled for July 8, 2002 at 7:30 p.m., July 22, 2002
at 7:30 p.m., August 12, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. and August 26, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. are
hereby cancelled.
3. Two (2) new Town Board Meetings are hereby scheduled for July 1, 2002 at 7:30
p.m. and August 5, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
4. The regularly scheduled Town Board Meetings heretofore established by the
Town Board shall be resumed commencing with the September 9, 2002 Town
Board Meeting.
