RESOLUTION NO. 2002-214
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR ZONING INFORMATION PACKET
AND WELCOME BROCHURE
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Bettina and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to print a Zoning Information Packet and
Welcome Brochure for the distribution to residents and taxpayers of the Town of Wappinger.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The contract for printing the Zoning Information Packet and Welcome Brochure
for the distribution to residents and taxpayers of the Town of Wappinger is hereby awarded to
Community Network.net/ WCG, Inc. doing business at 47 Old Post Road North, Red Hook, New
York 12571, for a price not to exceed Sixty Thousand, Eight Hundred Dollars ($6,800.00),
pursuant to the letter dated August 1, 2002 from Marcus J. Milinaro, Project Consultant of
Community Network.net/ WCG, Inc. to Hon. Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor.
3. Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Contract consistent with the above letter on behalf of the Town of Wappinger upon the
approving recommendation from the Attorney to the Town, Albert P. Roberts as to the form of
the contract.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
