RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PAINTING OF THE BARN AT
MONTFORT ROAD
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Colsey
seconded by Mr. Paoloni
and
WHEREAS, the Recreation Committee has recommended the painting of the
exterior of the Barn on Montfort Road; and
WHEREAS, the Recreation Committee has received quotes for this project in
which the lowest was given by O'Dell Painting; and
WHEREAS, the Recreation Committee has requested a purchase order in the
amount of Six Thousand, Six Hundred, Thirty -Five Dollars ($6,635) payable to O'Dell
Painting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this resolution as if fully
set forth and adopted herein.
2. A purchase order is hereby authorized in the amount of Six Thousand Six
Hundred Thirty -Five Dollars from Recreation Account No. A-7110.4, in
accordance will a letter dated October 9, 2002 from Ralph Holt,
Recreation Chairman, to the Town Board.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

The Recreation Comm. requests permission to obtain a P.O. in the amount of
$6,635.00 payable to O'Dell Painting for the exterior painting of the Barn on Montfort Road.
The funds for this will come from Recreation account A-7110.4
The following are the quotes received for this project:
O'Dell Painting $6,635.00
Bracaden Construction $9,275.00
Executive Park, Inc. $13,437.00
They will be painting the roof and silo with silver fiberglass roofing paint. All red
painted areas will be painted with two coats of red gloss latex exterior. The silo will be scraped
and repainted colors to match existing colors.
