2002-314RE OLUTION NO. 2002- 314 RESOLUTION APPROVES G ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003 At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Mi dlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 14th day of November, 2002, at 7:30 P.M. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set I forth and adopted herein. 2. Pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 109 of the Town Law and other applicable provisions Df law, the annexed detailed statement of expenditures and revenues of the Town of Wappinger be and the same is hereby approved and adopted as the Annual Budget of the Town of Wappinger for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2003. 3. The Town Clerk is li*by directed to enter the Annual Budget adopted herein in the minutes of the Town Board. 4.
