RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
COURT SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 24th
day of March, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Valdati and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, Town of Wappinger Supervisor, Joseph Ruggiero has received two quotes
for a new surveillance system for court, with one bid request not being answered, and
WHEREAS, bids were received as follows:
Platt's Country Village Locksmith $1,756
O'Toole's Security Services Inc. $2008
Town and Country No Response
WHEREAS, Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor to the Town of Wappinger has recommended
the bid go to Platt's Country Village Locksmith.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The contract for the new court surveillance system is hereby awarded to Platt's
Country Village Locksmith in an amount not to exceed One Thousand, Seven
Hundred and Fifty Six Dollars ($1,756).
3. Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Contract on behalf of the Town of Wappinger.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
