2003-191RESOLUTION NO. 2003-191 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STUDY FOR WORKFORCE AND SENIOR HOUSING At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 7th day of July, 2003, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Councilmen - ABSENT: Joseph Ruggiero Robert L. Valdati Vincent F. Bettina kNqb1xbx Christopher J. Colsey Joseph Paoloni The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. valdati and seconded by Mr. Colsey WHEREAS, the Town Board is recognizes that housing for the local workforce and senior citizens is an integral part of the vitality of many communities; and WHEREAS, the Town Board has formed a Master Plan Committee to study the Town's Master Plan and zoning needs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. The Town Planner Frederick P. Clark Associates, Inc., Albert P. Roberts, Attorney to the Town and Joseph E. Paggi, Jr., P.E. the Engineer to the Town are hereby O:\WAPPINGE\Town Board\RESOLUTION\Housing.doc r authorized to study, recommend and propose a plan for workforce and senior citizen housing to be used as a tool for the Master Plan Committee and the Town Board in making any proposed amendments to the Town's Master Plan and/or Zoning Code.
