RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
FEE REFUND
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 8th day of September, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

Christopher J. Colsey
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr c n 1 ap3z and seconded
by Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, on or about June 17, 2003, Lawrence Tomes paid a building permit
application fee of Thirty-five Dollars to the Town of Wappinger for an existing structure
located on the property at 12 Dara Lane, Wappingers Falls, New York; and
WHEREAS, the existing structure has been removed from the property, and
Lawrence Tomes has requested the return of his application fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. Payment is approved in the amount of Thirty-five Dollars ($35) made
payable to Lawrence Tomes.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
