Resolution Appointing A Deputy Registrar Of Vital Statistics For The Town Of Wappinger
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
September 8, 2014.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk designates Grace Robinson to hold the position of
Deputy Registrar to the Town of Wappinger.and she is hereby appointed to serve as Deputy Registrar of
Vital Statistics to the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, for a term ending December 31,
2015, pursuant to Section 4123 of the Public Health Law; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said the Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics to the Town
of Wappinger shall receive no salary or compensation, however, she shall be entitled to receive for the
performance of duties of this respective office the fees fixed by applicable statute; and
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
