Resolution Establishing Paid Holidays
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
12, 2015.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Czarnecki.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby establishes the paid holiday schedule
for calendar year 2015 as follows:
New Year's Day January 1, 2015
Martin Luther King Day January 19, 2015
President's Day February 16, 2015
Good Friday April 3, 2015
Memorial Day May 25, 2015
Independence Day July 4, 2015 (observed on July 3, 2015)
Highway Floating Holiday July 2, 2015
Labor Day September 7, 2015
Columbus Day October 12, 2015
Election Day November 3, 2015
Veteran's Day November 11, 2015
Thanksgiving Day November 26, 2015
Thanksgiving Day Friday November 27, 2015
Christmas Day December 25, 2015
Town Hall Floating Holiday December 24, 2015
(Not Highway)
Town Hall employees will take their Floating Holiday on December 24th Highway Employees
will work that day.
Highway employees will take their Floating Holiday on July 2nd. Town Hall Employees will
work that day.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
