Resolution Establishing The Pay Scale For Certain Employees Of The Town Of Wappinger
Covered Under Union Contract
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 5,
2015.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Czarnecki and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the pay scale for certain Town of Wappinger employees will
be in accordance with the contract between the Town of Wappinger and the International
Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 445, as the same may be in effect for calendar year 2015; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all such Town employees shall be paid every
Friday throughout calendar year 2015, retroactive to and commencing on January 2, 2015,
payable over a 52 week pay period, and consistent with the pay schedule set forth in the
aforementioned contract.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
