Resolution Appointing Member To The Zoning Board Of Appeals And Appointing Chairperson
Of The Town Of Wappinger Zoning Board Of Appeals
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 5, 2015.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Councilman
Bettina.
WHEREAS,Robert Johnston's term as a Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals expired December 31,
2014; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is desirous of reappointing Robert Johnston to the Zoning Board of
Appeals for a five (5)year term with the term expiring December 31, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board also desires to reappoint Howard Prager as Chairperson of the Zoning
Board of Appeals for calendar year 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted
herein.
2. The Town Board hereby appoints Robert Johnston as a Member to the Zoning Board of Appeals
for a five (5)year term with the term expiring on December 31, 2019.
The Town Board hereby appoints Howard Prager as Chairperson of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Board of
Appeals for calendar year 2015.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
